Edna Graff, 90, of Prairie Home, MO passed away on Friday, August 8th, 2014 at Moniteau Care Center. Edna was born on October 9th, 1923 near Pisgah, MO the daughter of William Schnur and Eliza Kobel both of whom preceded her in death. She was a 1941 graduate of Prairie Home High School. Edna was united in marriage on June 22nd, 1947, to Aubrey Vernon “A. V.” Graff who preceded her in death on April 15th, 1998. Edna and A. V. lived in Prairie Home area their whole life. Edna spent her whole life working on the family farm and also working full time at Cargill Inc. and the Prairie Home School System. Edna was a homemaker, loved her gardening, reading about history, studying her families history and enjoying her love of cooking and baking. She was a member of the Moniteau Advent Evangelical Church. Survivors include, one son, Bill Graff and wife Dale Maude of Prairie Home, MO; two grandchildren, Chris Graff and wife Sarah of California, MO, and Leslie Graff of Memphis, TN; two great grandchildren, Drew and Jalen Graff both of California, MO. Funeral service will be at 1:00 P. M. on Wednesday, August 13th, 2014 at the California United Methodist Church.. Officiating will be Pastor Eric Moore. Burial will be at the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Boonville, MO. Visitation will be from 11:00 - 1:00 P.M. at the California United Methodist Church on August 13th, 2014. The family requests that memorials be directed to the “Buddy Pack” program or “Preferred Hospice” c/o Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, 100 S. Oak St. California, MO 65018. Arrangements are under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California, MO.
