Jennie's parents were Augustus Thomas and Mary [Ross] Kirsch. They changed the family name to Cash. Augustus Thomas was from Germany.

Jennie Belle and John B. Kipple share a grave marker in Hammond Cemetery, Harlan, Smith, Kansas. They are buried there together after a long walk with their Lord Jesus Christ, their personal Savior in whom they had placed their trust many years before.

Theirs lives were not easy, much of it was spent moving every two years to a new church and congregation. Often with a small parsonage either near or connected to the church building. Living a simple life in small farming towns and their children never attending the same school for more than two years until they were old enough to be on their own.

Jennie Belle Cash was married to John Barrington Kipple in Harris, Cooper, Missouri, on 04 Sep 1866.
