    • In 1778 Johann Paul Thomæ was living in House 51a in Hofstädten. In 1811 after the death of Johann Paul it came into the possession of Johann Ernst Thomæ and his wife Sabine. After the death of Maria Savina nee’ Bechmann Thomæ in into the possession of Johann Ludwig Thomæ. And Barbara Thomæ was awarded the Brennhaus. In 1835 Johann Ludwig came into possession of both House 51a and 51b. In 1852 the house came into the possession of Lorenz Thomæ, Sr. and in 1844 passed into the house of Lorenz Thomæ, Jr. Finally in 1854 it came into the possession of Ludwig Thomæ, Sr. (the father of the potter). Then in 1855 in passed to Margaretha Thomæ and her brothers and sisters.
