  • Notes 
    • After the death of Charles, the family appears to have broken apart. Laura went to live with her niece and nephew, John Smullen. Her son, Edward, and daughter Emily went to live with Laura sister and her husband; Margaret and Absolom Reynolds. Her daughter Margaret appears to have left with a distant relative for Missouri. Charles F., another son, joined the army. All of this appears to have happened in 1869 - early 1970.
